Turkey stretch is an exercise having main focus on causing stretching of the muscles the output result of which is lengthening taking place along back of the neck region, since the neck plays a vital role in the posture of a person. Thus there is growth in height as well as improvement in general fitness. It satisfies the quest of how to grow taller.
In the next part of the exercise one should take seat in the chair keeping the spine straight and feet flat on the floor. Now act just like the string is pulling the head upward. This exercise has tremendous effect in gaining increase of height.
Now keep the eyes focusing in front of the nose and hand at the chin, keeping this pose take deeper breath and do exhalation very slowly. While the process of exhalation is taking place, by pushing chin towards neck till exhalation takes place. Repeat it for three times.
